By commissioning me, you agree to my terms, below. A breach in my terms may render your commission canceled.General
I work on commissions Monday through Friday, and personal projects Saturday and Sunday. I will not respond to commission related messages on the weekends. I am not a fast artist, so please be patient with me. I sometimes deal with personal problems, health issues, and burnout, which is a factor in my speed. I reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason.Artistic Style
I reserve the right to draw only in my own style(s). Do not ask me to emulate another artist’s style. I reserve the right to alter anatomy based on my style, including but not limited to digit count (four digits on feral), ear shape, and expressions.Contact Method
I only communicate through Discord for commission work. Work in progress (wip) updates are posted in the #wips channel on my server and DM’d to my clients. Click here to join my server!Changes
You may request up to three change requests during the sketch phase, two changes during the line art phase, and one and coloring phase. You may not request changes in the shading phase. You may request multiple edits per change request. Changes exceeding these amounts may lead to additional charges, or the commission being canceled.Updates
I will send updates at the sketch, line art, coloring, and finally shading phases. You may also ask for updates at any other time.Completion Time
I usually give a very rough completion time once I start on your commission. However, timeframes are subject to change, within reason. I reserve the right to take as much time as needed to complete any given project, up to six months.Payments
I will send an invoice to you after the rough sketch is approved. The commission must be paid in full before I proceed further. Tips to cover transaction fees are greatly appreciated! I only accept payments through Square. Customers do not require a Square account to send payments. Accounts are intended for businesses only. Invoices may be sent through PayPal for a 5% fee.Refunds
Refunds are only available up to Sketching. No refunds will be given if further work on the project has commenced.Privacy
I do not do private commissions, period. It is very important for me to have my work available as a portfolio to show others, and to preserve it should I lose my files. This includes adding commissioned stickers and emotes to my series of packs on telegram, and other similar content.Prints
I reserve the right to the copyright of commissioned artwork. You may not profit off of any commissioned art in any way. By ordering a commission, you grant me full rights to use your piece(s) as prints for public display, merchandise for purchase, or any other commercial use. If you do not accept this condition, please inform me before purchasing a commission and your request will be honored.Drawing Limitations
